How Much Is the Transport Fee?

The goods are dispatched from the Czech Republic and the postage is thus determined by the destination country. Questions about specific postage can be sent to info@san4pets.cz and we will immediately reply.

Warranty and Complaints

For the goods we provide a warranty of 2 years starting when the products are received. The warranty can be enforced only when providing the original receipt.

In case you are not satisfied with the product you chose, you can send it back to us within 14 days. Provided that the returned goods are complete, undamaged and wrapped in packaging you can choose other goods of the same price. When returning your goods state the order no., your name and address. Also, enclose the original receipt.
